In Hollywood Life's ongoing mission to become the National Enquirer of the Interwebs, the site has invented a relationship between Demi Lovato and Nick Simmons, son of KISS rocker Gene. According to digital gossip rag, “the two showed plenty of PDA together – they even had a tickle fight!”
That's not all, Demi, Nick and some friends went out to dinner together, and “the couple seemed super-sweet and left the restaurant at the same."
In our experience, when you go to a restaurant with someone, you usually leave at the same time they do too. We're not the only ones who thought the relationship rumor sounded bogus; Demi quickly stamped out the latest gossip about her.
“NOT TRUE!!!!” she wrote. “Rumors really make me giggle sometimes. Can’t a girl just have guy friends?!”
Not if you're a hot young celebrity. When you're famous, every friend is a boyfriend, every boyfriend is a fiance, and every fiance or husband is cheating on you.
