Taylor Swift has been honored with the Ultimate Choice trophy ahead of the 2011 Teen Choice Awards.
Swift has been named as this year’s recipient of the honor, which credits those who have made “extraordinary contributions to the entertainment industry”.
Previous winners include Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears and Reese Witherspoon.
Swift is nominated for six other awards at next month’s ceremony, including best female artist and best country single for Mean.
