Jonas Brothers Up Against Black Eyed Peas at 2011 Kids' Choice Awards

Jonas Brothers will battle Black Eyed Peas for kids' votes at this year's Kids' Choice Awards. Nominations for the annual awards aired on Nickelodeon have just been unraveled, and the pop trio received a nomination in the Favorite Music Group category along with the hip-hop group who won the title last year.

The band consisting of Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas have won the same title back in 2008. At the time, they beat Boys Like Girls, Fall Out Boy and Linkin Park. This year, aside from BEP, they find themselves in competition against country music group Lady Antebellum and boy band Big Time Rush.

While the musical brothers collect only one nod, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry have each got double nominations. All three will be competing against one another in the category of Favorite Song. Taylor was nominated for her single "Mine", Justin for his hit "Baby", and Katy for her catchy track "California Gurls".

Taylor and Katy are also vying for Favorite Female Singer. They are listed along with Disney songstresses, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. Meanwhile, Justin got another nod for Favorite Male Singer. He is up against his mentor Usher, music mogul Jay-Z and rising star Bruno Mars.

Nickelodeon's 24th Annual Kids' Choice Awards will be held on April 2 starting at 8 P.M. at the Pauley Pavilion, UCLA campus, Los Angeles, California. Surprise awards will be announced during the show hosted by Jack Black. Kids will be able to cast their votes for their favorites in music, movie, TV and sports at Nick.com beginning March 7.
