Selena Gomez is back on Instagram, and she’s got the selfies to prove it.
The 30-year-old Rare pop star and Only Murders in the Building actress has previously gotten candid about her feelings on social media.
“At one point Instagram became my whole world, and it was really dangerous,” she told InStyle in early 2022. “Taking a break from social media was the best decision that I’ve ever made for my mental health. I created a system where I still don’t have my passwords. And the unnecessary hate and comparisons went away once I put my phone down.”
She appears to have found the right balance, and she took to her social media account where she has more than 369 million followers to confirm she was back in action.

On Wednesday (January 11), Selena hopped on Instagram to share a couple of bathroom mirror selfies. The caption confirmed that she was posting them herself.
“Wait can you tell I’m back on Instagram,” she asked.
This doesn’t appear to be the first photos Selena has posted herself on the app, as there have been similar selfies posted in recent days alongside more promotional posts that appear to have been shared by her team.
After confirming her Instagram comeback, she even shared a pic with close friend Brooklyn Beckham!
