Niall Horan is letting fans in on his quarantine routine!
The 26-year-old “No Judgement” singer was spotted social distancing while going out for a run on Tuesday (April 7) in London, England.
He listened to his headphones as he enjoyed the fresh air.
Niall wrote in his Instagram Stories, “Day 1 … AM. 5k run. (Timed)” followed by the list of exercises involved in his workout routine. (See it in our gallery!)
It looks like Niall has also been working on some new music during his lockdown, as he posted a photo of his at-home studio with the caption, “And we are up and running. This will take some of the boredom away.”
