The Jonas Brothers are going Latin!
Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas are just one of the featured performers on Sebastian Yatra‘s upcoming song, “Runaway”.
“The story of this song started two years ago,” Sebastian shared with Billboard about how the song truly came about. “[And] we wanted to include someone from the mainstream market because the chorus is in English.”
He adds that at first, it was just Joe on the track, but all three came aboard when Daddy Yankee and Natti Natasha signed up too.
“So we wrote to the Jonas Brothers to tell them, and they said, ‘Parce, if that’s how it’s going to be, then all three of us will be on the song,’” he recalls. “Three weeks ago we filmed the video en New York, and you feel the happiness in the track.”
The track will be out next week, June 21st.
Joe, Kevin and Nick are also pictured at a TimesTalks event in New York City on Thursday night (June 13).
