The singer recently revealed who the guy was that first grabbed her attention and maybe heart back in the day, aaaaand it wasn't Justin Bieber. While chatting with Alan Carr's Chatty Man Show, she said that her crush was tall, funny and purple. Yep, Sel was diggin' on Barney.
"Do you know what was really awkward? The guy in the suit was kind of attractive. At that time you are young, you're seven and you are like 'What are these things that I'm feeling, he is so attractive'," she said.
The attractive man Selena was referring to is David Joyner, a 52-year-old actor who will appear on the new season of the Showtime hit, Shameless. Selena played Gianna in seasons 7-8 of Barney & Friends when she was just 10 and 11 years old. It's also how she met and befriended her co-star, Demi Lovato.
Barney wasn't the only famous guy in Sel's life. Her ex Justin recently talked about their infamous breakup that went down a few years ago. He admitted that they split because they moved in with each other too soon, and at a young age. They also didn't have an identity other than each other.
Despite all that, Selena was asked about Justin a few weeks ago and didn't deny that she'd ever get back together with him. Never say never?
