Justin Bieber flashes a peace sign while sitting down for an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday evening (September 2) in New York City.
The 21-year-old singer took to the Big Apple streets before the appearance to show off his skateboarding skills right outside of Radio City Music Hall.

Justin went partially shirtless with just on arm in a sleeve.
