Zayn Malik Graces First Solo Magazine Cover Since Leaving One Direction

Zayn Malik is definitely not living that normal 22-year-old life - last week he was hobnobbing front row at Paris Fashion Week and this week he lands on his first magazine cover by himself. Doesn't it feel like something's missing, like four other boybanders?

This is a little too real, seeing Zayn solo on the Asians UK mag cover, with the tag: "Zayn Malik a brand." Rub it in, why don't you? Yep, Zayn is distancing himself more and more from 1D and prepping everyone for his upcoming solo career.

The cover pic was taken at the recent Asian Awards, where he picked up the award for Outstanding Contribution to Music. In his acceptance speech, he was sure to include his former bandmates. It still stings that he left though.

The mag tweeted the cover pic, writing: "Out today at ‪@WHSmith & Leading stores ‪#ZaynMalik ‪#MAKINGHISTORY" History?!?? We're looking forward to seeing what the article says about Zayn as a brand.
