Setting the romantic mood is key, and nothing does that better than candles, really. But, as Harry Styles cautions, there's such a thing as too many candles. Listen to the man, we have a feeling he speaks from experience.
Cosmopolitan got the scoop from the guys at their recent fragrance launch, with Niall Horan admitting, "I'm a big candle man...I always have about 5 or 6 on the go at once. And one in the kitchen if I've had a curry." Giggle.
Harry said, if counting per wick, he's had "about 10" burning at once, adding, "Maybe 20. I don't like to go too far, it gets less romantic and more sacrificial if you have too many."

Sugarscape got the candle rundown from Liam Payne, who said since his "girlfriend's big into candles," he burns "3 or 4, but we get those massive ones, so they're a bit more interesting."
As for Louis Tomlinson, he sounds like candles aren't a priority (pity), but said, "I don't mind a candle, but normally I only like one. Like a big un, a nice one." Giving it further thought, he said he's burned "maybe four or five" at once.
So...which guy is the romance winner? They all like varying degrees of mood lighting, clearly know their way around a candle, and have even determined how much is too much. They're all winners, right?
