Taylor came to the rescue when she heard about the girl's story online. Little Naomi Oakes just found out she has leukemia, and was even more upset when she found that she'd have to miss Taylor's show in Phoenix, Az to recieve treatment instead.
That's when the girl's dad went online and created a YouTube video for his daughter. He posted her singing Tay's hit song "Bad Blood," and even reached out to her and other Swifties in hopes of a #TeamNaomi Instagram post.
Of course, Team Taylor came through, and Naomi's story hit Tay like no other. She went way above and beyond a Insta post, and donated the $50,000 instead. Her donation instantly smashed the girl's GoFundMe target.
Not only did Tay's money surprise help shine some light on Naomi's situation, it also helps pay for her upcoming, intensive in-hospital treatment. Watch the video here to see the girl's reaction when she found out what Taylor did for her. You'll need tissues!
