The guys launched the Action/1D campaign with Action/2015, a charity that seeks to urge world leaders to make decisions about poverty, inequality and climate change. As part of the project, the 1D guys are calling on fans to share pics and videos aimed at world leaders.
In a new video, Harry Styles explains, "2015 is a year like no other and we want you to really make it count. You guys are truly amazing and over the years you've shown us what you can achieve if you rally together."
Harry added, "There are two historic summits in September and December. World leaders will make decisions that will affect important human issues like extreme poverty, inequality and climate change."
Louis Tomlinson also explained that fans can help "to take action, to raise our voice, to show we care. We can be part of something that actually makes a difference towards our future and helps people who need the support."
