This High School Graduation Song and Dance Routine Is Beyond Epic
This isn't your typical stuffy "Pomp and Circumstance" graduation! Check out the totally joyful celebration the graduating seniors of Kahuku High School in Kahuku, Hawaii had, who pulled off a pretty impressive choreographed song and dance routine for their graduation ceremony.
It's a long video, but totally worth watching - they change up some of the lyrics to make it graduation-related and totally bust out into some great dance moves. Look for songs in their medley such as "See You Again," "ABC," "Shake It Off," "Uptown Funk," and "Wrecking Ball."
They finished the whole thing with the school's traditional Haka or "war dance," with senior Lisiate Tovo telling BuzzFeed that it's done as "a form of respect usually before football or rugby games in Hawaii."
Take that, boring graduations!
The YouTube user who posted the video noted that the whole routine was learned in just two days. Pretty impressive.
