Here's what went down - a fan in the crowd lifted her shirt, freeing the nipple (or nipples, as the case may be) and Harry was, understandably, stunned by the display.
We've seen fans fling plenty of things towards the guys on stage over the years, but is the first time someone in the crowd has flashed the band? We have to imagine this has happened before, but this is the first time we've seen Harry a) notice and b) react in the most shocked and yet adorable way all at the same time.
