One Direction Talk New Album at BBMAs: Expect "Funkier Beats"

Expect some funky stuff from the One Direction guys on their upcoming album. While chatting with Yahoo on the Billboard Music Awards red carpet, they were asked what fans can expect with their new music.

Niall Horan explained, "It's different but not too different." When Louis Tomlinson asked, "How is it different?," Niall said "It's got funkier beats." We can't wait to see what funky stuff the guys get up to.

Other notable highlights from their red carpet fly-by included debunking that rumor that Harry Styles was riding a bus in L.A. recently - he admitted that it wasn't him at all!

As for what the guys listened to before heading to the awards show, Niall admitted he's a Nick Jonas fan, listing "Jealous," while Harry said he's into Walk the Moon's "Shut Up and Dance." Nice choices, guys.
