Now One Direction breakup rumors come with a timeline - there will be no Christmas this year, as 1D are rumored to split before we even make it to December 25.
Seems legit, right? Well, actually, it sounds like a load of bull, especially since, during a recent Billboard Music Awards red carpet interview, Niall Horan said they aren't breaking up because they're having too much fun.
A "management insider" told Now magazine (via Unreality TV), however: "The band will be over by Christmas. The biggest struggle is getting them to the end of the world tour in October."
The insider added, "It feels as though Harry's been slowly distancing himself for a while and the word is he already has a solo deal confirmed. He's also said to be in talks with TV and film producers about breaking into acting."
And, for good measure, the squeaky source said that band relationships are "strained."
Apparently they didn't see the recent One Direction dodgeball sketch the guys did with James Corden - not even a glimmer of things being "strained."
A spokesperson was quick to clear things up for the millionth time though, saying, "The band aren't breaking up and are currently recording a new album in LA."
