Somehow we've managed to carry on after Zayn Malik left One Direction (there were some days when we didn't know how we'd find the strength, honestly)...but the remaining 1D guys have only revealed a tiny bit about what their lives have been like since they became a four-piece.
Now, Liam Payne is shedding a little more light on why Zayn decided to quit the mega successful group - yes, in part he wasn't happy, but he also wanted to spend more time with his family and fiancée Perrie Edwards.
Liam told Capital FM, "It's like any other job really, sometimes you have to move on because you're not enjoying what you're doing as much as you used to."
He added that Zayn "wanted to spend time with his family and his missus...that's cool with us. We'll just keep flying the flag and that's all we can do really."
Liam admitted that he does miss Zayn, saying, "Yeah, of course! I mean you know, he had to do what he had to do really, for himself. We're just going to carry on doing what we're doing. We wish him all the best with whatever he goes into and stuff. We'll just have to see what happens."
