Philanthropist Gracie Schram Wants to Make a Difference With New "We Are The Change" Track

What's better than a giving girl who can sing? That's exactly what 16-year-old Gracie Schram is all about. Not only does she have an angelic voice like Norah Jones, but she also is a philanthropist like no other.



She's gearing up to release her debut album on May 5, but to hold everyone over until then, she's giving us the premiere of her song "We Are The Change." She totally is a mix of Norah, Mumford & Sons and a bit of Taylor Swift, too. We're totally obsessed with this song, and even more obsessed with her story.



Yep, Gracie used the money from her last album sales to raise thousands of dollars for orphans in Africa and Haiti. Those funds were used to build schools. How cool is that?
