New buzz has cropped up that Niall and model Amy Willerton have been "enjoying secret dates" - and you never even knew it was happening, did you now?
A source told The Sun (via Daily Mail ) that the pair were sneaking about "behind closed doors" around Christmas, explaining, "Niall and Amy have done well to keep their friendship under wraps. They're private people and don't want to highlight their celebrity friends where possible. Plus it would set tongues wagging about a relationship."
So...er...they're secret "friends" then? At any rate, the insider noted that "They stay in touch but won't see each other until Niall returns. They have never discussed getting together but they have a soft spot for each other."
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the One Direction star told MailOnline: "Niall and Amy are not dating."
This rumor was busted before it ever got off the ground!
