David Beckham and James Corden Give Underwear Ads a Great Big Wedgie

carson ca. oct 3 los...Fact: I will never, ever complain about seeing David Beckham in the near buff. The soccer star is beautiful and clearly has no qualms showing off his hard-earned body - it's no surprise that he's the face (or, err, other body part) of plenty of underwear campaigns, from H&M to Armani. But his latest campaign is perhaps the funniest one yet - because it's a total joke. David may look super good in his new "commercial," but he also knows how to poke fun at celebs-turned-underwear-models like himself, and that's the thing that really makes him swoon-worthy.

Davidand new Late Late Show host James Corden made a hysterical parody video of those ridiculously serious black and white underwear advertisements featuring male models brooding in their briefs - like, say, Justin Bieber's recent campaign for Calvin Klein. The Biebs certainly looks good in his own ads, but come on - why so serious, Bieber? I wish that more underwear ads could self-reference the goofy nature of the whole thing, because when is the last time you've seen a real-life guy look in the mirror and examine their own sexy underwear-clad self? The answer is never. It's just too bad that we can't really pick up a pair of our own "D&J Briefs."

The whole thing is spoofed perfectly in James and David's faux commercial, complete with a stripped down James tailing behind David as he makes his signature "underwear model face" to the camera.

Unlike the mostly stoic soccer player, James moves around the screen wildly, even performing "the worm" in front of a statuesque David. It's amazing to watch, and laugh-out-loud funny. Check it out below:
