Amy Schumer, the host of the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, managed to tie in Hillary Clinton's announcement that she's running for president and One Direction's recent Zayn Malik loss in one joke. She also managed to piss off a lot of One Direction fans.Amy kicked things off in her monologue by saying, "Half of you don't know who I am, and half of you think I'm Meghan Trainor."
Eventually she got to the Zayn/Hillary joke, saying: "After months of speculation, Hillary Clinton finally announced...she's taking Zayn's spot in One Direction...the first woman in One Direction. I never thought I'd live to see the day!"
As you'd imagine, not a lot of 1D fans found the joke funny - too soon, Amy. Too soon.
Who even are you Amy Schumer to make a joke about Zayn like that?! Not at all funny and way too soon, comedy's suppose to make people laugh?
