Teens Rush Movie Theater After Being Denied Entry to 'Fifty Shades'

Selena Gomez Funny or Die Fifty Shades of Grey BlueFifty Shades Of Grey isn't exactly a movie you'd want to see with your parents, and tons of Florida teens got aggressive when they were denied entry to see the hit movie at West Oak Mall opening weekend. On Saturday night in the Orlando suburb of Ocoee, 100 teens rushed the movie theater at their local mall after they got turned down from buying tickets to the R-rated movie starring Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.

According to the Associated Press , angry teenagers who couldn't see Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele also rushed the mall's food court in protest. Luckily, no one was injured in the Fifty Shades-inspired frenzy. Now, West Oak Mall officials have announced all teens must be accompanied by an adult after 9 p.m. whether they're seeing a movie or not.

Even without the 100 fans who weren't able to see the movie based on EL James' best-selling S&M trilogy, Fifty Shades raked in the dough this weekend. It made $81.7 million opening weekend and set a record for the highest grossing movie on Presidents' Day weekend.

If you're under 17, you're supposed to be escorted by an adult for R-rated movies, so maybe young Fifty fans should ask an older sister or brother to take them instead of mom and dad? Just sayin'.
