Miley Cyrus strikes a pose at the 2015 Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday evening (February 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 22-year-old entertainer posed for pics on the carpet and met up with Sharon Osbourne inside the big annual party, which is in its twenty-third year!
