According to Us Weekly , Taylor and her infamous ex Jake Gyllenhaal ended up going to the same party that night. He danced with a ton of girls like Rita Ora, while Tay surprisingly did not. She pretty much made it obvious she was trying to avoid him.
She wasn't dancing," the eyewitness told Us, "but I saw her grab her friend's hand and repeat, 'We have to go. We have to go.'" While it might seem like she was trying to slip by him unnoticed, others thought her actions could've been because of pestering fans wanting photos.
The same sourced added that Taylor was seen running from the dance floor to the bathroom several times. While in there, she spilled to her friends Cara Delevingne and Dakota Johnson, and even talked to Rita who was nearby, too.
"The four girls were together and Taylor was having a mini meltdown," the insider added. "Cara's arm was around Taylor, calming her down as Rita looked on. They were talking extremely closely."
After all of that went down, Cara and Taylor found their way outside and hung out on a bench. Taylor and Jake never interacted.
We're sure Tay was just having a moment. The whole thing probably reminded her of that time he stood her up at her birthday party years ago. Ugh.
