The 21-year-old actor/model was the subject of some false marriage rumors that day after a tabloid report claimed that he tied the knot with his girlfriend Miley Cyrus .
The report said that Patrick and Miley gathered friends in Nashville on December 6 and told their friends that they had a “private commitment ceremony,” though the marriage wasn’t legal as they hadn’t applied for a marriage license.
“The story is trash,” a source told Gossip Cop to shoot down the report.
