One Direction Have a Plan if Zayn Malik Quits?

Zayn Malik has already shot down those rumors that he wants to quit One Direction because the fame is overwhelming, but that hasn't stopped another new 1D breakup rumor from coming along.



According to The Daily Star , there is "tension" in the band because of Zayn and worry that he may "quit after a tough year of 'personal struggles' and 'misery in the limelight.'"



To help hold things together, the band is reportedly encouraging Zayn to go to therapy while "he assesses his future during their New Year break."



The Daily Star reports that if Zayn jumps ship, the remaining members have "vowed to carry on as a four-piece."



Insiders tell the paper, "The 1D lads have prepared extensively for concerts and studio recording work should one of them walk out. Management took the unusual step last year to guarantee the band's ever present place at the top of the charts in case one of the boys go AWOL or is unable to perform."



Gossip Cop got the real scoop from a One Direction rep, who confirmed, "As usual, there's no truth to this story."
