The guys — Harry Styles , Liam Payne , Niall Horan , Louis Tomlinson , and Zayn Malik — met with the 22-year-old singer met and mingled with the Duke, Prince William , and Duchess of Cambridge ahead of their performance, along with Simon Cowell and Ed Sheeran .
