It all went down at Alexander Wang's after party in New York City on Saturday, September 6. Miley busted out her inner Lil Kim, and showed up wearing black pants and tassled ice cream cone pasties on her nipples.
In typical Miley fashion, she posted tons of pictures from the party on Instagram. "Btw I didn't have some weird rash. I got pink glitter rubbed all over me. #RAVE," she captioned one.
It seems like she had a blast letting them hang. She ended the night with the picture below. "Pukey ravey baby," she captioned it.
