This time the infamous badass singer was arrested on Friday in Stratford, Canada for assault and dangerous driving. His fun ATV ride with Selena Gomez apparently ended on a bad note when he wrecked into a minivan, and that ended with an assault.
According to a release from the Ontario Provincial Police, "On Friday August 29, 2014 shortly before 3 p.m. Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision between a minivan and an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on Line 40 east of Road 106. Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation."
"Justin Bieber (20) of Calabasas, California U.S.A., has been charged with 'dangerous driving', and 'assault,' contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on September 29, 2014, to answer to these charges."
Jelena seemed happy as ever during their trip to Canada this weekend...even when they were photographed on their romantic ride together. We're just glad no one was hurt in the collision.
Bieber's attorney Brian H. Greenspan talked to E! News about the situation and in a statement said, "Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Me. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."
