Who Is Writing "Taylor Swift" in the Sky Over New York City?

If you're in New York City, look up, you might see Taylor Swift . Well, sort of. Someone is writing her name in the skies of the Big Apple.



Business Insider reporter Caroline Moss spotted a plane writing "#TaylorSwift" in the sky over Manhattan Friday morning. We don't think it's Harry Styles professing his love for her or anything, but more like a publicity stunt for her new album. Freaking brilliant.



Not only did the pilots spelling out Tay's name (accompanied by a hashtag, of course(, but they spelled out "8/18 5 p.m. Yahoo," too. She has an upcoming livestream announcement then, and fans are speculating it's about her new album. She has been dropping hints about that online for a few days now.
