We just found out that One Direction's next album will be a bit "edgy," but it sounds like the guys have even more hit songs to churn out in the coming years. And our ears thank them for that.
Liam told Top of the Pops (via UnrealityTV): "We love what we're doing right now. We have no intention of changing that, and want to release an album every year - year after year." Just how many years would that be, Liam? While there's no indication how long 1D plan to stay together, our take is that they'll do it as long as they can, right?
They've obviously figured out the magic formula of keeping fans happy with new music, tours, and merchandise. We're just hoping they give themselves a break now and then so that they don't face some sort of burnout.
