One Direction Breaking Up Soon? Simon Cowell Thinks 1D Will Do Two More Albums, Go Solo

Uh-oh. The One Direction breakup rumors are back - and this time it's Simon Cowell who is looking into his crystal ball and predicting that 1D might not be around much longer.



Simon told the Daily Star (via Unreality TV): "I think they'll make at least two more albums...," adding, "They're in the middle of one right now. Bands don't stay together forever."



Well. Bummer.



Still, he said "at least," so that means more than two albums, right? And Liam Payne recently said the guys want to release an album every year , making it sound like they'll be around for the long haul.



When asked about whether the guys will be pursuing solo careers, Simon said, "Eventually I'm sure they all will."
