Miley Cyrus keeps it casual in jeans shorts and a crop top while leaving a restaurant after lunch on Monday afternoon (August 25) in Los Angeles.
The 21-year-old entertainer recently opened up about allowing a homeless teen accept her Moon Man at the 2014 MTV VMAs the night before.

“I’m just getting started,” Miley said in a statement (via E! News ). “And I want to make sure my fans are part of helping me to give back and make an impact on this issue—we all have the power to make change happen.” The 21-year-old crooner continued, “This is about helping youth, people just like you and me have the opportunity to find their inner power and potential, no matter what their circumstances.”
