Let's back up a bit to the pic that started it all (below), as Kendall and 5 Seconds of Summer star Ashton Irwin were seen getting into a cab together in New York. You know, after his band opened for 1D at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey? Can you say 5SOS fandom meltdown?
We tried to remain calm. After all, the pic was grainy and we couldn't even really tell that it was Ashton in the pic. Maybe just a misunderstanding? Deep breaths. But then...a second pic surfaced showing Kendall hanging with Ashton, his bandmate Calum Hood, model Haily Baldwin and the twins who do 5SOS's hair and makeup, Danielle and Nicole Kahlani. Nicole posted the pic to Instagram, writing, "R&B moment."
While it looks like just a friendly hang, there's a lot to process here, huh? Also? The tweet on this pic of them getting in a cab together is everything: "She must've mistook him for Harry since she's good at mixing things up."
