What do you do when you get nominated by a whole mess of people to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge? You up the ante. It's only fair. Just ask Carrie Underwood and NHL hubby Mike Fisher .
The beloved couple kicked the bucket (literally!) to the curb and made it rain on themselves (again, literally) with the help of a friend in a bulldozer. You read that right. A bulldozer, as in a construction vehicle that's normally intended to lift God knows how many pounds of dirt in a single scoop.
After taking the time to acknowledge the kind folks who elected them, such as Texas Rangers catcher J.P. Arencibia, country duo Two Story Road and Carrie's The Sound of Music Live! co-star Michael Nigro, Mike yelled "bring it down"...and down the freezing water went - like a waterfall over their heads.
Whoa. Their supersized stunt beats Demi Lovato 's five-bucket icy shower, that's for sure.
Carrie and Mike passed on the challenge to Sugarland lead singer Jennifer Nettles, NHL star Shea Webber and musician Trever McNevan. We'll be waiting to see if any one of them can top this.
