Justin Bieber, who? Selena Gomez just proved she can celebrate her 22nd birthday in style with or without the Biebs.
Although there was talk she'd be celebrating in Los Angeles, Sel reportedly spent her b-day on July 22, partying it up with pals like Cara DeLevingne on a yacht in St. Tropez. Sel's day consisted of para-sailing and jet-skiing. Of course, it couldn't go down without there being a hot guy spotting and rumored Selena fling.
Photos have popped up of Selena with her arms around a mystery hunk while riding passenger on his jet ski. E! News is reporting that he is Tommaso (or Tommy) Chiabra. He's super cute, and lets just say, we hope he's her new guy. She looks super happy with him, and it seemed like they had a great time together already.
One person who was noticeably absent from Sel's gathering was her BFF Taylor Swift. The singer didn't purposely forget about her though. She posted a cute message for her online.
