By now you know that Zayn was spending time with fiancée Perrie Edwards and her family, and he even had a little explanation for the haters who were giving him a hard time about missing the event .
A source told the British magazine Star: "Louis was very disappointed that Zayn decided not to attend his mom's wedding. The boys have been through so much together over the past four years that their families have all grown close, so Louis was upset at the no-show."
The insider added: "They know Zayn wants to spend as much time as possible with Perrie, but they were both welcome to come together to the celebrations."
Of course, all this buzz about Zayn missing the wedding is easy enough to spin into a "Zayn's leaving the band" rumor. Easy peasy. The source noted, "Zayn is feeling really disconnected from the rest of the band and wishes he could spend more time with Perrie. It wouldn't surprise the lads if he is the first to jump ship."
