Justin Bieber stops to catch up his rumored ex-girlfriend Barbara Palvin while stopping by the Roberto Cavalli Boat Party on Wednesday night (May 21) in Cannes, France.
The 20-year-old entertainer is in town with friends for the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.
