The other guys who beat out the Biebs are pretty epic, too. Rich monster schemer Bernie Madoff snagged the second spot on the list and OJ Simpson came in behind him. The next person on it is Conrad Murray, the doctor who killed Michael Jackson...and then it's the Biebs. Justin was disliked by 86% of the respondents. Not so swaggy.
E-Score says, "The survey was conducted among 1,100 persons ages 13-49 with general representation across income, age, education, and geographic demographics to represent a cross-section of the U.S. population."
