The 20-year-old singer even took a selfie with a fan in the rain through the window of his car.
The day before, Justin played a fun game of basketball.
“Hoopin with the boyz @carmeloanthony left his jump shot at home, I left my height,” he joked in the caption on the Instagram photo.
Earlier that week, Justin flashed a smile and waved to photographers as he made his way out of a recording studio in the early hours of the morning in NYC.
