Saddest thing ever. Miley Cyrus lived every pet owner's nightmare when her beloved puppy Floyd passed away on Wednesday, April 2. What's even more heartbreaking than the news itself was Miley's reaction to her dog's death.
During the singer's recent Boston show, she sang and dedicated Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide" to Floyd. The performance didn't go down without Miley breaking down and crying. How sad.
"I just wanna do a song for him," Miley told the crowd while wiping away her tears. "We used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together -- it's his favorite song. So I wanna do this song for Floyd."
She also tweeted, "what you don't understand is he's not in a better place 😿 the best place he could be was with me... where he was loved more than anything. this is the 3rd worst day of my life. I am beyond miserable." Wow, she's even comparing this whole moment to her big breakup with Liam Hemsworth.
This isn't the first doggie drama the twerking queen has had to deal with, either. A little over a year ago her pup Lila was killed by her other dog Ziggy.
