Taylor Swift bundles up to battle the winds once again in New York City on Thursday afternoon (March 27).
The 24-year-old musician pulled on a warm pea coat and plaid scarf for her outing, and popped into the Steven Allen store for a bit of window shopping.
Just the day before, Taylor held on to her cute bowler hat so the wind wouldn’t take it away while on her way to the Barclays Center.
