Justin Bieber shows off his brand new Banksy inspired tattoo in this photo posted to his Shots account.
The 20-year-old singer’s new ink is of a mural that was painted on a wall in London by the famous artist. The picture is of a girl reaching out her hand for a balloon, though we can’t see the balloon in Justin‘s snapshot.
