Coincidentally, this news comes just as another heartthrob, Justin Bieber, was having the end of his stuff packed up and hauled out of Calabasas, wrapping up his move from Southern California to Atlanta, where we presume he hopes the neighbors are more fond of him.
But don't think the high-end homes of SoCal are Bieber-free forever: TMZ sources say the "Beauty and a Beat" singer plans to buy something around L.A. again. We'll see how that Atlanta rental works out ...
