When One Direction's Zayn Malik posted a cryptic tweet, all eyes turned to his fiancée Perrie Edwards.
The 21-year-old star, who proposed to his Little Mix girlfriend last year, has been unusually vocal on Twitter in the last few weeks, leaving his fans rather baffled.
"I'll give but if there's nothing left to give what can I do ? ?,,,,,,,,," he wrote on Tuesday.
Directioners turned detective, flooding the social media site with questions asking if the downbeat post was a message to Perrie, 20.
The tweet comes as the couple are on separate sides of the world, as Little Mix tour the US with Demi Lovato, making it hard for them to spend time together.
Although we won't be returning our wedding hats just yet, as Little Mix retweeted one of Zayn's earlier posts reading: "Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha".
