Harry Styles continues to show just how much he cares about fans, tweeting a tribute to a Directioner who died recently.
Sadly, One Direction fan Nattlyn Grace lost her battle with cancer and passed away at age 16 on Thursday.
Harry tweeted: "MacGraceLove thinking of you and your family. R.I.P. All my love .xx"
Nattlyn was a huge Harry fan, with pics of him scattered throughout her Twitter account, so his gesture would have meant a lot.
Friends and fellow fans had tried to get Harry and Nattlyn a meeting through #thenattlynproject, but unfortunately, it never happened.
She tweeted on Wednesday, "For everyone trying to have me meet Harry, I am sorry to say, but I'm really sick. There's no way I'm able to meet him like this. x"
On Thursday, her account was updated with the following tweet: "It is with our sorrow hearts to say that Nattlyn Grace passed away early this morning. #RIPNattlyn Such a brave soul. Rest In Peace x
We're so sorry to hear of a beautiful life cut short. RIP Nattlyn.
UPDATE: Was Nattlyn's death a hoax to get Harry's attention? In a strange twist, buzz started building that the cancer and death was faked. The account @MacGraceLove changed user info to @datscelia_ and some of the tweets were deleted.
Later when we returned to research a little deeper, @MacGraceLove was suspended and @datscelia_ turned up a server error.
1D_WorldUpdates tweeted: "The girl Harry tweeted yesterday doesn't have cancer and didn't pass away. She faked it for his attention. Why would people do that"
