Best prom proposal ever?
Big time smiler and Arizona high school student Matt Peterson was lucky enough to meet Miley Cyrus as a child and even got a shout out at one of her concerts a few years later. Now he wants to take his relationship with the "Wrecking Ball" wild child to another level...prom.
In typical viral video fashion, Matt recently came up with an adorable prom proposal for Miley and posted it on YouTube. In it, he reflects on their past "moments" together and even strips down and sticks out his tongue to ask her to his prom in Glendale, Arizona. Don't worry, there's no twerking inovolved in this video...
