Remember when Justin Bieber was arrested in Miami last week? Well...he's been arrested again!
This time it went down in his homeland Canada. According to a police press release, Justin turned himself in to officials at a station in Toronto on Wednesday and was arrested for assault.
The charges come after an indicident that allegedly went down right before New Year's Day.
"On Monday, December 30, 2013 at approximately 2:50 a.m., a limousine picked up a group of six people outside a nightclub in the Peter Street and Adelaide Street West area. While driving the group to a hotel, an altercation occurred between one of the passengers and the driver of the limousine. In the course of the altercation, a man struck the limousine driver on the back of the head several times. The driver stopped the limousine, exited the vehicle and called police. The man who struck him left the scene before police arrived," the release reads.
Justin is supposedly the person who assaulted the driver and now he'll have to face those charges along with the ones he just got in Miami last week. The singer's scheduled to appear in court in Miami on Valentine's Day and has reportedly plead not guilty. His court date for his Toronto charge is set for March 10. What a way to start off the year...eh?
