Tina Fey Slams Taylor Swift While Congratulating Amy Poehler? "There's a Special Place in Hell For You"

Harmless joke or intentional diss? Golden Globes host Tina Fey couldn't help but throw in a little slam to nominated singer Taylor Swift during Sunday night's show.

The SNL alum, 43, was happily applauding her friend and cohost Amy Poehler on her first Golden Globe win, when she threw in the apparent jab at the country artist.

"I just want to say congratulations again to my friend Amy Poehler," Fey said beaming. "I love you, and there's a special place in hell for you."

The line moved Poehler, 42, to laugh out loud, and social media watchers quickly pegged it as a diss against Swift, 24. The "Red" singer spoke with Vanity Fair following the 2013 Golden Globes, when Fey and Poehler threw in a joke about Swift's many suitors, telling the star to "stay away from Michael J. Fox's son."

In the article, Swift quoted talk show host Katie Couric, who said that "there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women."

Though the Grammy winner attended the Golden Globes thanks to her nomination for Best Original Song for One Chance's "Sweeter Than Fiction," the cameras didn't cut in for a reaction shot, and the singer hasn't posted about the incident on social media.
