Is there a state and/or country Taylor Swift doesn't have a house in?
Not only is she currently looking for a new pad in London but the "Red" singer is reportedly house hunting in New York City too!
According to the New York Daily News, T-Swift has recently been looking at homes in the Greenwich Village area of NYC. She reportedly went and looked at several properties on January 8 including a $12 million townhouse! Click here for more details on the properties she looked at.
"She was well dressed and seemed in good spirits. She was being driven around with this good-looking guy who looked about her age," a source who allegedly saw Tay house hunting told the publication.
We're guessing the guy she was with was her brother Austin. The two of them were spotted in New York City, around the same time, shopping together.
We aren't surprised Taylor is looking for a house in NYC. It's been known for quite awhile now that she wants to build her property portfolio. She currently owns a house in Nashville, Beverly Hills and Rhode Island. She's also currently looking to purchase a home in London.
